SHIPPING
All of our products are created on demand as they are ordered by you. This allows us to minimize the impact our operations have on the environment by not-overstocking and only using materials when printing.
At this time, Buoy Watersports ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States. All shipping prices are flat fees listed for deliveries within the Continental US only. Express shipping available at checkout for most products. Orders shipped out within 5-7 business days. Shipping and transit days are business days only, Monday through Friday from Chandler, Arizona. Depending on geographic location, most customers can expect their order in 4-7 business days.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. When the package is scanned you will be able to see the tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package.
RETURNS
At Buoy Watersports, we pride ourselves on providing you with a quality product. Since the apparel product was printed specially for you, it can only be returned or refunded if the product is defective or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item. In the rare case this does happen, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our Contact Page to initiate your refund or exchange. In order to replace your item, we may need extra verification or, in some cases, defective product shipped back to us. To be eligible for any type of return, your item must be new and in the same condition that you received it.
