Buoy Watersports manufactures high quality products and we back them with the best warranty in the industry. If you ever have a manufacturer defect we will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms below.
Warranty for Inflatable Water Sports Products (Kayaks and Stand-Up Paddleboards)

Private use: This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of the tubes, fabrics, D-ring patches, and valves to be functional and water-worthy for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Commercial Use: This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of the tubes, fabrics, D-ring patches, and valves to be functional and water-worthy for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for products being used for commercial purposes.
- What is NOT covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Freight damage: Buoy Watersports is not responsible for damage during shipment. All shipping damage claims need to be filed by the customer with the shipping company. If boxes are visibly damaged, we recommend taking pictures of the box prior to opening and checking the contents for damage.
- Damage while stored (store in a rodent free area to avoid damage from rats and mice)
- Cuts, punctures, or tears due to external forces
- Damage due to over inflation from either inflating to a higher than recommended pressure or due to letting your inflatable sit in the sun.
- Damage to valves from sand or debris
- Damage caused by exceeding the maximum weight and or user capacity
- Damage caused by excessive UV exposure (We recommend you store your inflatable in the carrying case provided)
- Damage, or failure due to over-inflation including over-inflation from sun exposure. (Let some air out of your inflatable if it is going to sit in the sun)
- Improper maintenance and/or cleaning (We recommend cleaning with a mild dishwashing detergent like Dove liquid)
- Damage caused by chemicals (do not use any petroleum-based products, to include bug sprays, near your inflatable)
Warranty for Accessories (Pumps, paddles, kayak seats, carrying bag)
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all accessories sold by Buoy Watersports for a period of 1 year for private use and 90 days for commercial use.
- What is NOT covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Requirements
- Copy of the original invoice for the original owner or proof of purchase from original owner
- High resolution photo or video showing serial number if the product has one.
- High resolution photo or video showing the entire product and a high-resolution photo or video of the defective portion of the product.
- If air is leaking, show the leak with soapy water covering the leak. There should be bubbles present at the area of the leak.
Warranty Claim Submission
Warranty claims should be submitted online using our CONTACT US page. Please fill out the form with your claim submittal in full. Please include the same contact information of the order of the product. You will be contacted by a Buoy Watersports Customer Service Representative when your claim is received.
