All shipping prices are flat fees listed for deliveries within the Continental US only. Express shipping available at checkout for most products. Orders shipped out within 5-7 business days. Shipping and transit days are business days only, Monday through Friday from Chandler, Arizona. Depending on geographic location, most customers can expect their order in 4-7 business days.
RETURNS
At Buoy Watersports, we pride ourselves on providing you with a quality product. If upon receiving and inspecting your item you decide that you want to return it, you have 30 days from the date the shipment arrives to return it for a refund minus the shipping cost.
ELITE SERIES LIFETIME REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Bendetti Optics stands behind our products and offers our customers a full, lifetime replacement program on all our Elite Series sunglasses. If your sunglasses become scratched, damaged or broken for any reason - you sit on them; your dog eats them; you accidentally cut them in half with a chainsaw; anything – we will replace them with a brand new pair, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. As long as you own the sunglasses this program is available to you. Our warranty does not cover loss.
The easiest way to confirm if your sunglasses fall into the Elite Series category is to check the inner side of the arms of the sunglasses where you'll find the Bendetti name and style name printed. If you're unsure, feel free to email us directly at info@bendettioptics.com or through our contact form here on the website and we'll be happy to assist you.
TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW SUNGLASSES
Simply send back the damaged Elite Series sunglasses and include a $14 check or money order for each pair being returned (to cover materials, shipping and handling). If no check or money order is enclosed, no replacement will be made. Mail via 1st Class U.S. Mail and make payable to:
